Day 8 - Row Row Row Your Boat 🚣‍♀️

It’s been a day full of balloons 🎈, cake 🍰, water 💧and banners. Safe to say Hermione has had a smashing birthday and so have all the guides shopping and white water rafting.

Pia - When we had some free time in Interlaken this morning, we saw some scouts. They weren’t wearing English neckers like us so we asked where they were from. When they said they were from Denmark, Holly said ‘where is that? Is it in England?’ The scouts found it a lot funnier than Holly did.

Hermione - It’s my birthday 😊 White-water rafting was great even though I got pushed in the water! I got lots of birthday wishes. Thank you for all the bday wishes!

Bonnie - We went white water rafting today. I was on a raft with Emily S, Daisy, Zoe, Diane, Olivia and Toby the Toblerone. When Diane paddled backwards she splashed me a lot which was an accident!

Chloe - Today was a fun day. We went down crazy rivers and really cool rapids. It was great fun. I lost my tooth the other day and now my mouth feels funny. I can’t wait for trot to biking tomorrow!

Amy W - Today we went shopping in Interlaken and had free time there. White water rafting was very fun.

Megan G - I decided to do a vine with my jumper today so Daisy roped Izzy and Sophie G in as well, so the four of us walked down and sat at the table. We put our jumpers on and had our ears sticking out and sat like statues. We had a lot of laughs, but everyone walking in had really confused looks on their faces - that was the best part.

Isobel G - Cake and Vines!! 😊

Sophie - White Water rafting was scary at first but I got to sit on the bottom of the boat instead so I was fine after.

Holly - I enjoyed splashing Bron!

After an insane day, one more thing to tick off the bucket list! With lots of splashing, smiles and photos...we’re off to sleep again.

Also Hermione had Happy Birthday sung to her whilst on a raft!
